LUBE TROLLEY LAUNCH
Lube trolleys are provided at all HASCOL forecourts and FUCHS One Stops to provide maximum visibility to the FUCHS products. The trolleys have been designed in line with international standards keeping in view the overall aesthetics of the forecourts.
FUCHS INDUSTRIAL SEMINARS
HASCOL Petroleum Limited and Fuchs Oil Middle East (FOMEL), affiliate of Fuchs Petrolub SE conducted seminars on “Fuchs Industrial Lubricants” in Karachi, Rawalpindi and Lahore on 14th,15th and 17th March 2016 respectively.
Mr. Mumtaz Hasan Khan, Chairman and CEO inaugurated the seminar in Karachi with welcome address and reinforced Company’s role as licensee of Fuchs lubricants in Pakistan. Mr. Didier Vidal, Managing Director FUCHS Oil Middle East (FOMEL) gave an overview on Fuchs Global activities.
The participants were also given a detailed technical presentation on Fuchs lubrication solutions to improve productivity and reduce downtime followed by special section on Gas Engine Lubricants performance requirements.
FUCHS SHAMIANA MEETINGS
With an aim to promote sales, Haacol’s sales staff all over the country conduct ‘Shamiana meetings’ on a regular basis to engage the customers (Distributors, shop keepers, mechanics and end consumers) and provide them with first hand knowledge about FUCHS products.
The sessions are kept interactive to address any questions arising in the minds of the audience. To lighten up the event, entertainment is also kept as part of the plan. Some of the meetings are concluded with a prize distribution ceremony to motivate the participants. FUCHS Shamiana meetings have proven to be very successful in building the brand image and have immensely contributed towards building customer’s confidence towards the company and brand.
LUBES BRANDED VANS
The company places great emphasis to provide best of services to its customers. Timely delivery of lubricants to customer’s site in safe and sound conditions is what every customer expects from its suppliers. The Company has inducted a fleet of ‘FUCHS branded’ delivery vans operated in all major cities of Pakistan to ensure that our customers receive lubricants at their doorstep on time and also ensuring quality.
FUCHS ONE STOP SERVICE
The station offers a wide range of lubricants and maintenance products. On 22 October 2010, the “FUCHS One-Stop” service station was officially inaugurated by Mr. Mumtaz Hasan Khan, Chairman of Hascol Petroleum Limited. Saleem Butt, Zafar Munshi, Murtaza Gondalwala and Shakil Iqbal Khan represented the FUCHS Hascol team.
The “FUCHS One-Stop” opened its doors on the busiest transport access in the Pakistani provincial capital Karachi. This new state of-the-art service station is the only one of its kind in the country, designed as per standards of Fuchs Germany situated at Hascol One Service Station, main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
It offers full customer service and a large range of lubricants, lubricating greases and FUCHS automobile maintenance products and unmatched car care services with an air conditioned waiting facility.Hascol plans to open such facilities in other metropolitan cities in the country either in conjunction with a fuel station, or stand alone service centers. FUCHS One Stop Service station offers a wide range of lubricants and maintenance products.
POTENTIAL BUSINESS AREAS FOR FUCHS LUBRICANTS
Power sector including Government, IPPs and Captive accounts for 40% of total industry lubricants market. Hascol has finalized a robust strategy to make a significant presence into this lucrative market. This involves offering value propositions to potential customers, building long term relationships through best products and excellent after sales services.
In addition, Hascol will be targeting Fleet and Construction sectors through dedicated resources. Original Equipment manufacturer (OEMs) is another area where Hascol is focusing. The OEMs includes both foreign and local in Automotive, Tractors, Power Compressors and Power.
Industry lubricants business is highly competitive and as such it demands highly skilled and strategically placed sales team to meet customer expectations. In this regard, Hascol is in the process of developing a professional team comprising resources with proven track record.
